We began as two guys, with a dream of achieving financial freedom in property management. Our corporate philosophy is extremely important to us.
We’re a Real Estate investment company, specializing in single and multi-family homes, commercial space, land, Air BNB’s, and mobile home parks in the Humboldt, Saskatoon, and surrounding area. While pursuing our new beginning, we found a passion for making our ‘friends’ smile with their new found space. We believe a well-run really estate company benefits everyone involved: the buyer, seller, financial institutions, the community, and most importantly, the tenants having a safe, clean place to call home. We also believe the best type of ownership is local ownership. Commonly, property owned by someone in a distant location is less cared for. We take pride in being available when needed to continue providing well-maintained spaces. Acquisition is a big part of what we do and your home may be a perfect fit for a quick sale. 35 homes (53 units) added. 100+ population growth for our city. Southern Pine Acres was truly a diamond in the rough and a solution to a problem we saw coming. It took a good team and strong leadership to pull this off. Thank you to everyone involved in this development, and a special thank you to all of the great people who call this place home!

This video has been three years in the making! At the start of Covid we knew that it was going to be critical to form a plan to bring houses to a market that had been sliding for 7 years, since 2015. We knew that all of the money printed would cause inflation, interest hikes, and then another asset spike as interest rates cool. Most importantly, we saw the critical need for housing coming to our beautiful City. As our motto says, a well run real estate company benefits everyone involved. From the tradesmen, workers, financial institutions, the community, and most importantly, the tenants, who have a great place to call home.
📖 Fun Fact: our mobile home community rose from a population of 18, to 105. The population of St. Gregor is 97 (No shade, we love Gregor!) With 4 more houses to land and fill. We have truly built a community together.
