The Music Stand music school started with 30 of Mr. Chrapka’s private students and in a few years grew to 500 students. Currently, our music school averages 350 students. Over the years, more than 4,000 students have taken lessons at The Music Stand. The Music Stand has two locations and has been in operation for 27 years in Hamilton, Stoney Creek and the surrounding areas. The Music Stand has a proven track record of offering quality music lessons. Some of our graduates attend College or University to pursue their passion for music. Some College and University graduates even come back to become our teachers. Others are successfully playing and performing in local bands, and a few have become renowned performers.

Violin Teacher
Piano Teacher
Ideal candidates will have:
- Experience as a musician and a passion for teaching
- Excellent communication and instructional skills
- The ability to work comfortably with both children and adults
- A Reliable and professional approach
- Music education or teaching experience considered an asset

Join Our Team as a Music Teacher!
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Music Teacher to inspire students of all ages and skill levels. If you have a love for music, excellent teaching skills, and the ability to motivate learners, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
Teach individual music lessons.
Prepare engaging lesson plans tailored to students' abilities.
Help students develop musical skills, technique, and confidence.
Prepare students for performances, examinations, or competitions where applicable.
Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
Create a positive, supportive, and enjoyable learning environment.
Requirements
Qualification or certification in Music or Music Education (preferred).
Experience teaching music to children and/or adults.
Proficiency in one or more musical instruments and/or vocal training.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, enthusiasm, and a passion for teaching.
