Join us next week for our Master of Architecture Thesis Examinations!

Starting on Monday June 22 at 9:30am, we are proud to showcase an extremely diverse culmination of research and design work from our MArch graduating class of 2026!

Faculty of Architecture and Planning

DASA Lecture Series invites you to lecture and screening of the short film of “The Space We Create” with Damon Hayes from Studio North. This 35 minute film documents an inspiring community-driven housing project in Banff, Alberta.

When? Monday, June 15th @ 7-8:30pm
Where? B015 Auditorium, Dalhousie School of Architecture (5410 Spring Garden Road)

The event is free and open to everyone! We’d love to see you there for this exciting talk!

Following convocation next week, an exhibition will feature the projects of 13 MArch and 6 BEDS graduates. Join us at the School of Architecture to celebrate the work!

We are pleased to invite you to the launch of Studioeast, a student publication from the Dalhousie School of Architecture. After 14 years since the last issue, this 15th edition of Studioeast explores the theme of inheritance: what is carried forward, shared, and reinterpreted through architectural culture and practice.

The launch and exhibition will bring together students, faculty, practitioners, and members of the broader architecture community to celebrate the publication and the work featured within it. The evening will begin with a reception, followed by a few remarks from contributors and organizers, before opening into a gathering with time for conversation and book sales.

We hope you can join us in celebrating the publication, the work within it, and the collective effort that made it possible. The event is open to everyone.

Sincerely,
Studioeast Editorial Team
