Hi, I’m Romeo! I’m a registered massage therapist with a passion for helping people move, feel, and perform their best.
I offer sports-oriented treatments that blend stretching, active/passive release, deep tissue, dynamic cupping, and Graston technique. I am married and we have 3 beautiful little kids! They keep us busy and forces me to take better care of myself so I can take better care of them. I grew up playing a lot of sports, mainly basketball, and have had my fair share of injuries and pains over the years. While movies, video games, music, art even, are also high on my list of hobbies, I still love training very much! Strength and functional training styles are my go-to when it comes to lifting. I also started trail running about 3 years ago and have slowly shifted my training that benefits running and focusing on not getting hurt. Needless to say, from personal experience and my education, I have learned a lot about my body and have come to understand the body over the last few years and I believe that has translated well into my treatments.
