Your clients keep asking surface-level questions you've already answered.
But the problem isn’t them.
It might be your offer design.
If what your clients need to know is buried in long trainings.
90-minute call replays.
Long audio drops.
Your clients aren't going to know where to go to get what they need.
And if they do, not an ideal experience to have them sit through 90 minutes to find the one nugget they need.
Luckily, there is an easyish solution.
Break up your core content and swipeable IP into bite-sized, searchable resources.
This could look like a 90-minute training call replay cut up into 5 to 10 minute segments named after the question your clients actually ask, like "What do I say when someone tells me they need to think about it?"
The benefit to them is obvious.
The benefit to you?...
Your live calls stop being the same surface-level questions on repeat and start being the conversations you actually want to have.
Save this for the next time you record a training, and follow for more on building offers that create big results.
There’s no better marketing strategy that will outperform a great offer.
And this is why I get hired by 7 & 8-figure business owners.
People who make more money than me, have built bigger businesses than me, and are more recognized in their space.
It’s not because I’ve done what they want to do.
It’s because I've developed a specific skill set over 20 years of designing methodologies and programs for companies ranging from billion-dollar brands to brand-new coaches and consultants...
I know how to design offers and client experiences that create lasting change.
A few months ago, one of my mentors, a multi-seven-figure business owner herself, said to me:
“People like me need what you have. We’ve never learned this.”
So in EP51 of The Soulful CEO Podcast, I decided to break it all down.
20 years of offer design best practices condensed in about 20 minutes.
We cover:
→ The 4 phases every offer I design follows, whether it’s a 3-day retreat or a 10-minute training video
→ The framework I use in almost every offer
→ Why I never save my best stuff for last
→ The spot where I see the most money left on the table
→ A 15-minute audit you can run on your own offer this week

A stranger can feel the difference between your words and a machine's, often before they finish reading the first line.
AI earns its place when it helps you structure your thinking and shape how a sales page might flow. That part is genuinely useful, and most sharp operators are already using it that way.
The line worth holding is this. When an ideal client lands on your page, they are deciding whether they want to work with you, and that decision runs on whether they can feel you in the writing. Generic copy reads as familiar, and familiar gets scrolled past. Your own voice is the part that cannot be replicated.
Use the tool for momentum. Keep the words yours.

They smiled, said “that sounds really interesting,” and went and hired someone else.
And the frustrating part is you knew your work was the better fit. But in that moment what came out of your mouth was a long-winded explanation that lost them somewhere in the middle.
The person they hired… they had a method they could point to and immediately understand.
This is what happens when your methodology lives in your head but hasn’t been extracted, named, and structured into something the market can actually see.
You know what you do inside of your spaces is the best in your space.
But if you can’t make what you do on the inside visible on the outside, if your process is living in your head, buyers can’t see it, which means there has to be a huge leap of trust, which more often than not stalls the sale.
Last week I completely rebuilt Codify Your Brilliance workshop to give you my most up to date thinking and frameworks to help solve this problem for you once and for all.
In 60 minutes I’ll walk you through exactly how to pull what lives in your head into an ownable methodology that premium buyers can understand before the call, refer without hesitation, and buy without needing to be convinced.
This V2 workshop goes deeper than anything I’ve taught before on this. For $33 it’s a steal.

I asked a client last week why she hadn’t implemented a consistent marketing strategy inside her business yet.
It wasn’t because she didn’t know what to do. It never is.
It was because doing it required her to shift how she showed up inside her business. From service provider to thought leader. Awareness around that was step one but awareness is never enough on its own.
Here’s what’s making this more urgent:
AI has made information free. If your offer is built soley on delivering knowledge, tactics, and roadmaps the writing is on the wall and a lot of people are all ready feeling this.
What our industry actually needs to reckon with is the gap between what someone knows and what they do with it. That’s the delivery problem. And most programs are nowhere near solving it at the level they need to be.
The work that moves people happens in that space. Where strategy becomes useful. Where information becomes embodied action. Where coaching actually lives.
I’m not willing to hand someone a playbook and disappear at exactly the moment the work actually starts.
Implementation support is in every offer I build. It’s a standard. And it’s a hill I’ll die on.
Yes it costs more. Yes it’s harder to scale. And, yes I get exponentially better results for my cients because of it.
What’s a standard you aren’t willing to budge on in your work? Drop it below.
When you’re done trying to solve your articulation gap with yet another messaging framework…
It’s time for us to talk.
I’ll show you how by using my Codify Your Brilliance Mwthod™️ we can extract your signature methodology, structure it into a framework that’s easy to communicate, and put ownable and activating language around it so you finally crack the code on the ‘hyper specificity’ problem you’ve been trying to solve and start doing justice to how you communicate the depth and difference in your work.
DM me ‘Method’ and I’ll send you a video that walks you through the process.
My toxic trait is thinking I can just do it myself.
Every. Single. Time.
Three weekends into painting my house I can confirm — the cost of hiring an expert is always less than the cost of figuring it out yourself. In money, time, and sanity.
Hire the people who are good at the thing. Let that be the lesson.
Send this to someone who needs to hear it.
If you’ve been told to niche down, get more specific, pick your thing you want to be known for, and you know that this is probably true but the thought of doing it makes you uncomfortable AF this is for you.
Listen to the end and then if you want to have your cake and eat it too comment METHOD
and I’ll send you the training I dropped inside of Known that shows you how to get the method without loosing your magic.

Your tools got you here.
Your method is what scales you.
They are not the same thing. And most experts have never been shown the difference.
Most people who come to me think they have a messaging problem. They don’t. They have a method problem.
The messaging can’t get specific enough because the method was never extracted. It’s still living in their head; intuitive, earned, and completely invisible to the people who are wanting to buy from them.
Swipe through if you’re an established expert who knows your work is exceptional, but you can’t quite get your content or your offers to reflect the depth of what you do
and…
you’re starting to wonder if the gap is bigger than a messaging fix.
I’ve been in rooms that felt like The Hunger Games with better branding and it cost me.
A room that’s a good fit expands you.
It builds you up.
It doesn’t mean it’s always comfortable; expansion rarely is.
But there’s a difference between discomfort that stretches you and discomfort that makes you feel like you’re not enough, or too much, or slightly off.
The cost of being in the wrong room isn’t always immediately visible. It’s cumulative. It’s what it does to how you see yourself, what you think is possible, what you decide to reach for.
This is why I’m fiercely protective of the spaces I create and who I invite into them. Because who is in the room is everything and I treat it that way.
The rooms you choose to be in really matter.
Hold out for the room that fits.
Don’t settle.
