Where : Georgetown Three Rivers Sportsplex
Who : CO-ED players under 13 & under 11 (skaters & goalies)
When: Friday, Nov.6th
8:30 a.m. Drop Off
8:45-10:30 : Off Ice Skills Development Includes- Proper stick handling techniques: grip, position of puck relative to body, hand positioning, grip tension and wrist roll. Proper passing technique: positioning of hands in relation to body, position placement of puck on stick and direction of stick on follow through
11-12:00: On Ice Development Includes- Skating: edge work, agility, glide. Stickhandling components: grip, tension, deception, full ice stickhandling drills
12:00-12:45: Lunch (bring your own)
1-2:00: On Ice Development Includes: full ice deceptive stickhandling drills, small area games promoting hockey sense and full ice scrimmage
2:15-3:15: Fun & Games 3:30 - Pick Up
