Dr Zoo | Mainstreet PEI with Matt Rainnie | Live Radio | CBC Listen When Randal Arsenault was young, he had two goals. To be a musician and to be a wildlife biologist in Africa. He's done both and now Randal teaches at the UPEI School of Climate Change and Adaptation and is celebrating his 20th year making music as Dr. Zoo.
