Life took an unexpected turn when my career ended suddenly — but instead of fear, I found faith, peace, and a fresh start. Now I help women rediscover joy, purpose, and financial freedom after big life changes. My grandkids remind me daily what matters most — and that it’s never too late to grow again.
I read an interesting story about a group climbing a mountain.
Halfway up they stopped at a beautiful restaurant. They ate, relaxed and enjoyed the view. And less than half continued toward the summit.
Not because they couldn't but because halfway had simply become comfortable enough.
It made me wonder how often we limit what could be possible because where we are feels “good enough,” or because we can't see HOW we'd ever get where we really want to go.
I'm giving myself permission to dream bigger, do my part and trust God with the how.

It's funny how easy it is to forget where we started.
Then you find an old photo. 😲
Changes don't always seem that big while they're happening. But little by little, things can look very different.

There are CERTAIN things that we expect ourselves to have figured out by this stage of life: money, confidence, retirement and what comes next.
And when we DON'T, it can feel as though everyone else received an instruction manual we somehow missed.
But maybe we AREN'T behind!?!
Maybe we're simply standing at another turn in the road.
We can still learn.
We can still change direction.
We can still build something different.
What are you definitely NOT TOO OLD to do?

What did your last 24 ⏰️ look like? They may be more powerful than we realize.
Of course, this isn't "written in stone," but it sure makes you think. 🤔
How well did your day align with the life you'd love to create?
For a lot of women in midlife, the question isn't necessarily: “Do I want to quit my job?” For some of us it's more like: “Do I want this job to be my only option?” Those are very different questions.
And there’s no rule that says you can’t explore other options BEFORE YOU NEED THEM!
Creating another source of income doesn't have to begin with a dramatic leap. It can begin quietly: learning, asking questions, understanding what's possible and deciding to try something different. That's the approach I wish I'd understood sooner.
If you could CREATE a little more CHOICE in the next few years, what would you want that choice to GIVE YOU?

Some weeks just don't go according to plan.
The list doesn't get finished. The house isn't quite as organized as we'd like. And that thing we promised ourselves we'd finally get to? Still waiting. 😂
I'm learning that an unfinished task doesn't mean I've failed. It merely reminds me that I have to take one more step.
