What are you doing to stay in your body?

If you can’t get outside and touch the ground with bare feet, then look out a window and connect with a tree.

Connect with your breath deeply and feel down into your body.

Make some space for stillness and connectedness to your earthly frame today.

Hold some grounding stones like obsidian or hematite.

Do a workout. Eat protein heavy meal and drink plenty of water.

There is so much fire and air energy active in the sky right now.

This is a lot of upward and outward energy.

Bring some awareness inward and down to the roots and foundation of your being before taking any major action or making a decision.

Are you grounded, centered, and moving intentionally with love?

Or is hyperactivity, restleasness, and fear driving your current state of mind?
