You simply cannot claim to be a witch, while using AI and draining the Earth of her life. There’s a glaring disconnect happening in modern spiritual spaces. We talk about honoring seasonal rhythms, local ecosystems, and ancestral work, while simultaneously outsourcing our creative and spiritual labor to corporate AI models built on intensive ecological extraction. We all have to navigate the compromises of modern technology, but trading physical presence and genuine effort for automated "content" hollows out the work from the inside.
When the algorithm takes priority over the earth, what are we actually serving?

The full apothecary collection is officially back.
If you’ve been here since the early days of Hippie Hollow, you might remember when the shelves were filled with more than just candles. Having the time, energy, and headspace to craft small-batch soaps, botanical bath bombs, and infused soaks again feels incredible.
Here is a look at the updated price list and bundle deals. Everything is hand-poured, blended with intention, and crafted to bring a little grounded magic into your everyday routine.
Thank you for growing with me and supporting this journey. Which favorite are you most excited to see make a return? ✨🕯

If you’ve been here a minute, or if you’re just catching the scent on the wind, it’s time I properly introduce myself. You see me exactly as I am - in my element, surrounded by fire, shadows, and the tools that ground my practice. I am the hands, the heart, and the solitary mind behind Hippie Hollow.
Hippie Hollow started with a deep-rooted need to capture moments, energy, and intention in wax. Every single candle is handcrafted by me, poured with care, and tied to the earth. But if you think this page is just a digital storefront, you’re only seeing a fraction of the story. This space is a living, breathing extension of my daily life, and it is just as much about the witchy, untamed path I walk as it is about the things I create.
I live by the rhythms of the earth, the shift of the seasons, and the pull of the stars, sharing the rituals, tarot reflections, and celestial alignments that guide my days. A massive part of that grounding happens right in my garden, a space I call the hollow, which is the very namesake of this entire venture. It is here that I get my hands dirty, growing the herbs and flowers that I harvest to use directly in both my personal practice and my crafts. From tending to the soil to building herb drying racks, you will see how these raw, home-grown elements find their way into my life and my work. This space changes as I do, so you will also get a first look as Hippie Hollow expands into altar candles, incense, and tools designed for your own sacred spaces.
I am not here to give you a polished pitch. I am here to share the real, rhythmic, and meaningful magic of balancing my life, creativity, and spiritual practice. I didn't build Hippie Hollow just to sell things; I built it to find my people. I wanted to create a sanctuary where we can talk about the unseen, honor the quiet moments, and appreciate the flicker of a flame in a dark room.

The sun does not beg for permission to burn at the Summer Solstice, it demands total surrender from the earth. This is the absolute cosmic apex of fire - the day when shadows are pinned beneath our heels and the veil between the physical and the primal dissolves in the heat. Solar magic isn’t gentle; it is the raw, unyielding current of creation and destruction. It’s the smell of parched earth, the heavy, electric hum of wild growth, and the fierce, golden blood of the world pumping at maximum velocity.
We stand at the literal turning point, the exact moment where the wheel pauses at its highest peak before the slow, inevitable descent back into the dark. To tap into this magic is to claim your own wilderness. It’s about standing under the midday sky, unmasked and fully seen, absorbing the feral brilliance of a star that sustains all life.
The Summer Solstice is the ultimate cosmic threshold, where the light is blinding and the fire is unapologetic. Tonight at the altar, I didn't ask for a gentle transition. I brought a road opener to the crossroads, layering ash and cinnamon to clear the path - and the universe met that heat with its own. ☀️✨️
🔮🌙
There is a distinct, heavy kind of quiet that settles over the earth when the moon goes dark on a Sunday. It’s an unspoken invitation to slow the pulse, to step directly into the overgrown grass, and to remember the old ways of tracking time.
True magic isn't frantic, itt isn’t loud - most of the time, it’s quiet, domestic, and deeply rooted in the ordinary. It’s the deliberate choice to walk out among the wild blooms, feeling the weight of the summer air, and gathering exactly what the I universe asks for.
It’s the sharp, grounding scent of fresh rosemary snapping beneath your fingers. The tactile satisfaction of filling a wicker basket with a raw, fragrant harvest, holding a single pink bloom up to the light, and sorting the bundles on the counter. We trim the stems, wrap them tight in twine, and hang them to dry - preserving this exact moment of the season while the rest of the world rushes by outside.
Before the sun dips, we pause. We sit with the quiet of the trees, letting the mind drift while the cards lay open across our laps, mapping out the unseen.
Then, the ritual shifts indoors as the shadows stretch long. It lives in the rising steam of a heavy kitchen simmer pot, releasing the old patterns into the air. And finally, it culminates in the dark sanctuary of the altar. The low, steady smoke curling from the cauldron, the ancient crackle of a flame, and the pooling, golden wax of candles melting down to the brass.
Under this new moon, we aren't chasing the light - we are reclaiming the dark; grounded and intentional.

A tool for the quiet hours. 👁️✨
Last night, the physical vessel demanded a profound reset. When a scoliosis flare-up leaves the body heavy and aching, the water ceases to be just a luxury - it becomes a sanctuary.
To hold the space for both physical and spiritual easing, I paired the grounding Earth medicine of Blueberry Sunset C*D from with the steady flame of our candle, The High Priestess.
She is a deeply atmospheric, mysterious blend of purple indica, balkan to***co, and rich incense. She doesn’t whisper the answers to you, nor does she instantly vanish the aches; she simply clears the collective noise, grounding the mind so you can soften into the present, tune into your own inner knowing, and let the healing begin. 🌌🔮
When the body rebels and the mind needs to anchor, how do you honor your quiet hours? 🌿

The sun has officially returned to the exact celestial coordinates it held thirty-six years ago, but the woman standing beneath its light is completely transformed. There is a thirty-year echo humming today - a line stretching straight back to a six-year-old’s Swan Princess birthday. The decades between then and now became a relentless, chaotic roller coaster. There were heavy, shadowed chapters where survival felt too fragile, the noise was too loud, and reaching this exact milestone was a future I couldn’t even conjure. Honestly, I never ever thought that I would make it here to this age. But the cosmos don’t miscalculate, and the fire didn't consume me, it refined me.
This past week, I officially crossed the threshold of being one full year alcohol-free. A whole year of choosing to feel the world raw, breaking old cycles, and learning to sit with the heat without numbing the edges. Out of that clarity, I didn't just survive the storm; I learned how to command it. I took the wreckage, spun it into gold, and built an empire entirely on my own terms.
Today, I am standing fully in my own power. I am operating two creative outlets, anchoring a full-time career, raising 3 teenage boys and safely resting in the absolute best, most profound relationship of my entire life. I finally get to live completely, unapologetically in my own authentic truth.
It’s emotional, it’s heavy, and it’s beautifully unedited. But for the first time in this incarnation, I can look at my own reflection, speak these words into the ether, and mean them to the absolute core of my soul:
"I am incredibly proud of myself."
Thirty-six, no filters, no apologies. Just pure, raw magic. Let’s fu***ng go. 🖤🔥
