Business Update!
I am so pleased to announce that I have made the decision to rebrand!
Over the past year, I’ve experienced profound life changes and major transitions, with even more growth to come in the years ahead. As I undergo the biggest awakening of my life, I have outgrown my old ways and stepped into a higher level of awareness.
As these big shifts arise in my life, my spiritual work must naturally evolve alongside them.
I am stepping out of my shell and fully reclaiming my path and my power. Moving forward, I will no longer be operating as Mystical Wisdom, but under my own name: Sharla Frewin : Intuitive Arts.
Over the coming months, you’ll notice a few temporary changes as everything shifts over:
○My website will temporarily be offline.
○Google may list my business as closed while the profile details update behind the scenes.
○Facebook and Instagram pages will soon update to reflect the new brand name and look.
Please rest assured that once everything is set up, I will return to offering in-person readings. For now, I am taking a short pause on bookings to navigate this transition smoothly.
My contact information remains the same. Please stay tuned for updates as they become available!
I appreciate all of your support, patience, and love.
Blessings,
Sharla

🐇 Rabbit, Rabbit: A Simple September 1st Tradition for Luck & Abundance 🌾
As we wake up tomorrow to welcome September and the subtle turn toward autumn, there’s a sweet, centuries-old tradition you might want to try before your feet even hit the floor.
Have you ever heard of saying "Rabbit, rabbit" on the first day of the month?
This gentle folk custom dates back over a century, rooted in British and North American traditions as a way to invite good fortune, protection, and prosperity for the 30 days ahead.
The Golden Rule:
For the "magic" of the ritual to work, the folklore says "rabbit, rabbit" (or "white rabbits") must be the very first words spoken aloud when you wake up on the 1st of the month. Before saying good morning to anyone, greeting your pets, or humming your morning tune!
Why the Rabbit?
In traditional folklore, the hare and rabbit carry deep symbolic energy:
Abundance & Multiplication:
Representing fertility and growth, invoking the rabbit invites your blessings and efforts to multiply in the coming month.
Lunar Connection:
Hares have long been linked to lunar cycles and intuition, helping align us with natural rhythms as the seasons shift.
Adaptability: Rabbits navigate change with quick instincts and gentle sensitivity—a beautiful quality to welcome as we step into fall.
Forgot when you woke up?
Don't worry—folklore offers a loop-hole! If you speak before saying it in the morning, tradition says you can whisper "Tibbar, tibbar" (rabbit spelled backward) right before going to sleep on the 1st to restore the luck.

Weekly Tarot Reflection: Vulnerability, Boundaries, and Showing Up.
Ever notice how saying something as simple as “I love you” can suddenly make us freeze up? Why is it that genuine appreciation for the people who mean the world to us so often leaves us tongue-tied?
This week, The Fool steps into our reading to remind us that vulnerability is inherently a little messy. This card encourages us to take the leap anyway, embracing the risk of looking silly or clumsy. Life moves way too fast to leave the good stuff unsaid, and choosing to be open and a little awkward with our affection is infinitely better than leaving our true feelings hidden behind silence.
Of course, expressing affection is a two-way street that requires a gentle touch. That’s where the Two of Pentacles enters, bringing in the art of reading the room and gracefully balancing our enthusiasm with other people's needs. A simple, mindful check-in like “are you a hugger?” goes a surprisingly long way. It respects personal space, keeps the energy sweet and intentional, and saves everyone from that uncomfortable, accidental side-hug dance.
Ultimately, verbalizing how we feel is only the starting point. The King of Pentacles grounds this week’s energy by showing us where the real magic actually lives: in the practical, daily follow-through. It’s not just about the sentiment, but about how we show up when life gets heavy. It is offering a helping hand before being asked, holding steady during the storms, and being a reliable, compassionate anchor in someone’s world.
So here’s your invitation for the week ahead: be unapologetically sentimental, honor each other’s comfort zones, and make sure your people know without a doubt just how much they matter. ❤️
When you’re a tarot reader but also completely obsessed with crochet... you shuffle a different kind of deck. 🧶🔮
Forget the Major Arcana—today we’re letting the threads of fate unravel through mix-and-match motifs. Let’s be honest: are you actually looking for spiritual guidance, or are you just hooked on finding an excuse to buy more yarn?
Who needs the Wheel of Fortune when a single card pull can predict if your tension is going to be perfect, or if you're about to lose your mind counting stitches? Either way, I promise this reading will leave you in stitches. 😉

When life shifts and the unknown looms ahead, it’s easy to let anxiety convince us that we need to solve every problem for the next ten years, right this second.
But worrying doesn’t alter the future—it only robs you of your strength today.
Today I pulled the "No Need To Worry" card from Athene Noctua’s Crystal Ball Pocket Oracle, and its message was a beautifully direct reminder to just breathe.
My absolute favorite takeaway from this card is the Hedgehog. 🦔
When the world feels overwhelming, a hedgehog doesn’t attack; it curls into a safe, predictable ball to protect its soft center. It’s a powerful cosmic cue that it is entirely okay to pull your energy inward and protect your peace.
This isn't about ignoring your daily realities or your responsibilities. It’s a gentle directive to stop borrowing trouble from tomorrow.
If you are navigating a period of transition right now and the big picture feels entirely unpredictable, try shrinking your focus down to micro-routines:
Find comfort in the controllable:
☕️A warm cup of tea, a familiar walk, or a dedicated bedtime routine.
Create an energy sanctuary:
📵Log off the noise, step away from social media, and focus on immediate comfort.
Anchor your system:
🧘🏼♀️Take ten minutes for a dedicated grounding meditation to connect with the universal life force energy surrounding you.
Right now, in this exact moment, you are capable, you are protected, and you can handle this single step right in front of you.
❤️🕯
Only once in a blue moon.
Take advantage of this opportunity and stand outside in the rain during the blue moon.
This is a high-vibrational moment that offers a beautiful opportunity for a deep personal reset.
Tonight, nature is putting on a powerful double-feature. Combining the amplifying glow of a blue moon with the physical and energetic clearing of a rainstorm, stepping outside becomes a sacred act of self-care.
Here is why it is worth stepping out the door and letting the rain hit your face tonight, even if it's just for a few moments:
Amplified Grounding: Rain saturates the earth, making it an incredibly potent time for grounding and earthing. Connecting with the wet ground helps pull stagnant energy out of your body and anchors you deeply into the present moment.
Ultimate Energetic Cleansing: Rain is nature’s natural purifier. While the blue moon illuminates what is no longer serving you, the rain acts as a physical and spiritual wash, clearing away heavy thoughts and emotional clutter.
A Catalyst for Intuition: Blue moons are known for heightening inner wisdom and clarity. Combining that lunar power with the soothing, meditative sound of falling rain creates the perfect headspace for deep reflection and setting fresh intentions.
You don't need a complex ritual—just step outside, breathe deep, and let nature do the heavy lifting. 💙

🌸 An Update on Our Local Markets 🌸
To all of our wonderful local vendors and community members, I wanted to share an update regarding our market schedule.
I will not be organizing any markets for the remainder of this year (2026).
Taking a step back this season was a necessary choice, but I have been absolutely overwhelmed by the number of local vendors who have reached out expressing interest, sharing love, and asking about upcoming events. Your enthusiasm has been incredibly inspiring!
Because of your amazing response and ongoing interest, I am thrilled to share some exciting news: I will officially be organizing markets for next year, 2027 in Didsbury Alberta! ✨
I deeply appreciate all of your support, patience, and connection. I am already looking forward to bringing our community together and reconnecting with you all in the new year.
Stay tuned for updates as plans begin to unfold. In the meantime, thank you for being such an incredible part of this journey!
With gratitude,
Sharla Frewin

🌧️ The Magic of a Rainy Grounding 🌿
When the skies open up, our instinct is usually to run inside, close the windows, and wait for the storm to pass. But what happens when we do the exact opposite?
Laying on the earth while it’s raining—even just for a few minutes—is one of the most profoundly transformative ways to reset your energy. If you've never tried a rainy day "earthing" session, here is why you might want to step out into the next downpour:
🌧Amplified Grounding: Water is an incredible conductor of energy. When the earth is wet, your physical and energetic connection to the ground is amplified, helping to wash away stagnant energy, stress, and mental clutter much faster.
🌧The Power of Pluviophile Peace: The sound of rain on the leaves, the smell of petrichor (the earthy scent produced when rain hits dry soil), and the cool touch of water on your skin work together to instantly calm a hyperactive nervous system.
🌧A Lesson in Surrender: There is a beautiful vulnerability in letting yourself get soaked. It teaches us to stop resisting the elements, embrace the present moment, and trust the natural cycles of cleansing and renewal.
Nature doesn't just nourish us when the sun is shining. The rain is a sacred reset, washing the old away so the new can grow.
Next time it rains, skip the umbrella. Find a patch of grass, lie back, and let the sky wash over you. ✨
Tell me below: Have you ever tried grounding in the rain? Or does the thought of soggy socks keep you indoors? 👇

Look who decided to make an appearance after that massive dump of snow last night! 🌨️❄️
We woke up to a winter wonderland this morning, so you can imagine my surprise when I spotted this determined little Robin in the only patch of grass not covered!
Even when it seems like winter is refusing to let go, the robin is a powerful reminder that:
Persistence and resilience are part of nature’s plan.
Brighter days are coming, no matter what the forecast says.
If this little bird can hold onto hope, so can we! Stay warm, everyone! ☕❤️
