A new adventure

I am still seeing patients at The Village Clinic, but I have a new home for sharing my passion for health.

To all the incredible teens in our community, congratulations!

Whether you’re graduating, moving up a grade, starting a new school, beginning a new job, or setting off on a new adventure, I couldn’t be more excited for you.

Thank you for allowing me to be part of your health journey. One of the things I love most is seeing young people learn to value their health. Research shows that the healthy habits we build during our teenage years often stay with us for life, helping create better physical health, stronger mental well being, and a foundation for a long, healthy future.

Never stop being curious. Take care of yourself. Get outside. Move your body. Laugh often. Your future is bright, and I can’t wait to see where your journey takes you.
