Building Consultants | Project Management Firm. Creating the next generation of forever homes.
We focus on customer service and quality of work to ensure that the customer has the best experience possible. We work with homeowners to develop a design that best fits your unique lifestyle. It's very important to us that when the project its complete, its exactly how you imagined it.

We started EC with a simple mission: to prove that passion, community, and efficiency could all coexist in the building industry.
We didn’t know exactly where the journey would take us, but we knew the kind of company we wanted to build and, more importantly, the kind of people we wanted to be along the way.
As we look toward the next ten years, we were asked what we hope never changes.
Our answer was simple. Community has always been our North Star. No matter how much we grow, we hope to never lose the connection we have with the people who made EC what it is today. And through it all, we hope to carry forward the same passion for building and excitement for life that inspired us from the very beginning.
To everyone who has been part of our story, and everyone who came out to celebrate with us, thank you for making it such a memorable night.
A very special thank you to some of our preferred suppliers, who truly went above and beyond to make the evening so special.
Cheers to ten years of EC, and to everything still ahead.

Taking the old one down was the easy part. What we’re building next? That’s a whole different story.
Behan Construction X EC Design & Build
Maybe the future of luxury isn’t about more square footage or expensive finishes.
Maybe it’s designing homes around how they make us feel.
The air you breathe. The water you drink. The light you wake up to. A design connected to the land, shaped around the greenery and natural beauty that surrounds it. A home designed to improve your well-being, protect your family and help you live better.
The conversation is shifting, and we’re here for it.
Join us tonight, September 8th from 5–7 PM, for a Chamber of Commerce Meet & Greet at Project Monarch. Tour the home, meet our team and learn more about our passion for healthy homes.
Some moments feel surreal because you’ve imagined them for so long.
This morning was one of them.
We took a moment to slow down and personally put up the sign for our first-ever Lake Ontario project. It’s a moment that has been part of so many “imagine the day…” conversations over the years.
The design is stunning, the vision is big, and we can’t wait to bring you along for what comes next.
Welcome to EC’s first chapter on Lake Ontario. 🏡
For all the homebodies out there…we get it.
No plans IS the plan.
The best design reviews aren’t spoken in paragraphs.
Sometimes they’re just: “Oh boyyyy”.

Today was one of those days where you stopped and looked around…
In the middle of a full, fast-moving week, it hit us; the conversations we’re having, the work we get to do, the spaces we’re in… weren’t even imaginable a few years ago.
Entrepreneurship has a funny way of quietly moving the target. There’s always more to achieve, more to learn, and more to build. But today, it felt like a reminder to pause and take it in, because this version of life is something we once hoped and prayed for.
When you stop and really take it in, you realize how many people were a part of getting you here.
This community has allowed us to grow into who we are today, encouraging us to stay passionate, to geek out over building standards, and to keep showing up even when it’s hard.
So today, on a random Thursday at the office, we stood there for a moment — proud, taking in our portfolio wall and everything it represents. A quiet reminder of how much the dream has grown.
So on this random Thursday night, we wanted to share a quick note of gratitude with all of you.
Thankful for yesterday, excited for tomorrow,
Elijah & Daniela
