Wells Gray Home Hardware

ITS TIME FOR CHANGE!

It’s been 55 years since our family started serving this community and the surrounding area at Wells Gray Hardware on Clearwater Station Rd. Throughout the years, we have had the pleasure of working with many of your family members for generations. The valley is changing and so are we. For four years we have operated both Wells Gray Home Hardware and Clearwater Home Building Centre. For four years we have worked toward bringing the area a new store on the highway that will fully meet the needs of the area communities now and into the future. We remain committed to that vision, where one store simplifies and improves the shopping experience for our local customers, farmers and Pros alike. As we work toward that goal, we are excited to announce that Wells Gray Home Hardware and Clearwater Home Building Centre will merge fully into a single location for the near future at the current sight of Clearwater Home Building Centre. We will close the Wells Gray Home Hardware location as of late 2026. We are very excited to bring the best aspects of both stores under one roof to improve your shopping experience and work toward a new location where we can continue the family’s tradition of service to our valley communities. I’m sure many of you will have questions and as always Lorne and Jennifer will be around both sites to provide you with answers. Lorne, Jennifer, and our partners are still obsessed with building a beautiful facility on the highway for our community, this is our next step designed to bring us closer to that goal.
There will be many announcements as we move toward Christmas so stay tuned for more.
