It’s long overdue for an introduction!

I’m Shadow-Rae Revel, Red Seal Chef and owner of Prairie Stone Catering.

Our 2026 catering season is in full bloom, and I feel incredibly grateful to be part of so many weddings, celebrations, corporate events, and life milestones across Alberta this year.

This season is especially meaningful to me because Prairie Stone Catering is celebrating 10 years in business. Looking back on the thousands of events my team and I have catered over the years is something I will never take for granted. The people i meet, the stories i become part of, and the trust my clients place in me means absolutely everything.

I travel all across this beautiful province to cater events, and I truly love what I do.

I’ve officially opened my books for the 2027 wedding and event season, so if you’re currently planning your special day or event for next year, I would love to connect with you.

I’m also always looking to add amazing servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to our Prairie Stone team. We offer above industry standard wages, paid travel, and your supper is always included during your shift. We work hard, laugh a lot, and genuinely enjoy what we do together. Outside of catering, I’m also a proud mom of three and wife to my wonderful husband Ian, who many of my longtime clients have met over the years on event days.
