New countertops and backsplash can make an enormous difference in the feel of your kitchen.

Had a great time working with these tricky tiles 😆

This deck had a severe dip on the right side.
Turns out, someone had simply placed a cedar 6x6 directly onto a concrete filled sono tube and then buried it. So it rotted.
We jacked up the deck to its intended hight, being careful not to damage anything. Replaced the rotted cedar 6x6 with a new pressure treated 6x6, and attached it to the concrete with a anchor plate that ensures the new 6x6 stays 6 inches above the ground in order to avoid future problems.
Simple problems require simple solutions.

A little before and after of a table I built for my home more than 10 years ago. It was time for a little refresher!

All finished this fir and steel railing!
As always, Bowcor welding did an awesome job on the steel fabrication, so install was easy.

Thanks Bow View Homes for trusting Lamar Carpentry with such a unique project.
