9lb chicken loaded with our honey maple bbq rub, and thrown on the smoker, low and slow til it was time to crisp up the skin. Flavor was amazing, and juicey was an understatement, for our first try smoking a whole bird this way!

Homemade loaded nachos with a hint of smokey goodness, topped with our maple BBQ sauce. One of our favorite go-to's.
