We are Amber Nicholauson and Drew Mowat and have been cooking and baking for the last 6 years. We graduated in 2021 from the Manitoba Institute of Culinary Arts in Brandon. After building our portfolios and working in the industry we have decided to share our love for baking with you! We are baking our way towards a store front by offering a wide variety of large 4 oz Jumbo cookies!

We officially broke our record this weekend, selling OVER 1,800 COOKIES! 🤯
EIGHTEEN HUNDRED. Cookies. Gone.
We had lineups, sold a ridiculous amount of cookies, and got to see so many of you come out to support our little business. Whether you waited in line, bought a cookie (or twelve), came back for seconds, or sent someone our way… THANK YOU.
We put so much work into what we do, and weekends like this remind us exactly why we started.
Now excuse us while we recover and start planning how much dough we need for the next one. 👀🍪

IT’S BACK.
The cookie you ask us about all year long has officially returned.
Our Apple Pie cookie starts with a soft sugar cookie base, gets topped with our homemade apple pie filling, and is finished with a lattice pie pastry crust. Basically, we took everything you love about a classic apple pie and turned it into a cookie.
