⚓ Calling all RCSCC Quinte Alumni! 🍩

We’re asking our alumni to help support the current generation of Quinte cadets through our Krispy Kreme fundraiser!

If you’re still in the area, we’d love for you to place an order — or, if you’re no longer local, please consider passing the information along to friends or family who are.

📅 Orders are due September 24th
📦 Pick-up is October 2nd, 4–8 PM

The doughnuts freeze well, so they’re perfect for stocking up for Thanksgiving!

Most importantly, your purchase helps support the FREE Sea Cadet program and the opportunities available to local youth today.

You once had a place aboard Quinte — now you can help make sure the next generation does too. ⚓️💙

If you’d like to order, just send me a message and I’ll get the information to you. And please share this post with any Quinte alumni, friends or family who might be interested!

Thank you for continuing to support RCSCC Quinte! 🇨🇦⚓️

🍂⚓ LAST WEEK TO GET YOUR PRE-ORDERS IN! ⚓🍂

Our fall fundraiser is coming up, and September 24th is the deadline to place your order!

📅 Pre-orders due: September 24, 2026
📦 Pick-up: October 2, 2026
🕓 Pick-up time: 4:00–8:00 PM

❗ Pre-ordering is the ONLY way to guarantee you get some! ❗

And here’s a bonus — they freeze well! Stock up now and you’ll have an easy dessert ready for your Thanksgiving bounty. 🦃🍂

💙 Your purchase helps support a FREE program for local youth!

RCSCC Quinte is a free program for youth ages 12–18, giving local young people the opportunity to learn leadership, teamwork, citizenship, seamanship and new skills — while making friendships and creating experiences they’ll remember for years to come. ⚓️

Fundraising helps us provide the extras that make those opportunities possible, including maintaining our own cadet building, supporting sailing and other activities, instruments, healthy snacks and special events.

So when you place an order, you’re not just getting something delicious for your freezer — you’re helping keep opportunities available to local youth without program fees. ❤️🇨🇦

👉 Don’t wait until October 2nd and hope there’s some left — get your pre-order in by September 24th!

Thank you for supporting RCSCC Quinte and our cadets! ⚓️🇨🇦

Happy Birthday HMCS ONTARIO CTC! 🎉🎂

July 13th, 2026, marked the 49th birthday of His Majesty's Canadian Ship (HMCS) ONTARIO Cadet Training Centre (CTC). HMCS ONTARIO CTC began as Camp Frontenac in 1977 and was renamed in reference to the naval vessel HMCS ONTARIO that was commissioned on April 26th, 1945. Although the ship was too late for war service, its duties took her to Hong Kong, Manila and Japan. HMCS ONTARIO CTC has continued to offer nautical training to Sea Cadets during the summer ever since its founding. The Ship’s Company Celebrated this occasion through a birthday bash, enjoying slices of cake and singing the ship a “Happy Birthday.”

Have you attended courses at HMCS ONTARIO CTC before? Help us celebrate the ship’s birthday by sharing your favourite memories from your time with us!

Joyeux anniversaire au CEC NCSM ONTARIO! 🎉🎂
