Roberts Complete Auto Care

Family owned auto repair shop in Barrie since 2012. Honest, no pressure service built on Doug Roberts promise: do it right the first time.
All makes and models, licensed techs, fair prices. Let us prove we're your new favourite mechanic. Roberts Complete Auto Care been serving Barrie and area for 10 years, but the Roberts family has been in the auto industry for much longer. Doug Roberts began his career as an auto body technician over 50 years ago. He started ‘Roberts Collision’ in 1979. In 2003, Doug decided to move his auto body shop under the umbrella of the Fix Auto brand name and Roberts Collision became known as Fix Auto Barrie North. His son, Todd, joined the body repair business at the age of 18 as a painter and his daughter, Kim — after completing the Automotive Marketing program at Georgian College — joined in 2009. Truly a locally owned family business, Doug expanded his services by opening the mechanical shop right across the parking lot, effectively creating a one stop auto repair and care centre. Just last year, the team purchased a Novus Glass franchise that also runs out of the Fix Auto building. Our goal at Roberts Complete Auto Care is to deliver comprehensive and professional quality vehicle repair and maintenance services at a fair price, keeping your vehicle safe on the road. Our reputation, integrity, qualifications and expertise qualified us to become an approved NAPA AutoCare Centre, giving us the ability to offer NAPA quality parts, NAPA’s 12 month/20,000km Peace of Mind Warranty, and 24/7 NAPA Emergency Roadside Assistance. We trust in our expert technicians, parts and services so much, that we expanded on the NAPA AutoCare Warranty and added our own 12 month/20,000km parts and labour warranty on to it, thus doubling the warranty period to 24 months/40,000kms — giving our loyal customers additional worry free coverage on their repairs. Please call us for complete details. Let our family take care of your family.

Happy Thanksgiving from all of us at Roberts Complete Auto Care.
We hope your table is crowded and your weekend is easy. Dad opened these doors in 2012 with a simple idea: be honest with people and take care of them like family. We’re grateful every day that you keep trusting us with your cars.
Safe travels to everyone heading out to see family this weekend.
We hate to be the ones to say it, but the W word is coming. Book your tire changeover and have it done by October 31 to save $10. Call 705-719-1207 to grab a spot before the first snowfall rush.

BIG news from the shop! Liam passed his 310S exam and is officially a licensed Automotive Service Technician. 🎉
Liam started out as a customer, then we handed him a toolbox instead of an invoice and it’s been team work ever since!
He's juggled shop hours, school every year, and a very big exam. And now we can't picture this place without him.
We're so proud of you, Liam Johnstone!

Last week was one of those weeks where you're running on fumes by Friday and wonder if anyone notices the work you're putting in.
Then a review like this comes in. When someone takes the time to write out what their experience felt like, not just what we did but how it made them feel, that means everything to a family shop like ours. It's the reason we do this.
Doug started this business believing in honesty. Fix what's actually broken. Never sell someone something they don't need. Almost fifteen years later, that's still how we run things, and it's still what gets us through the long weeks.
Sue, thank you for trusting our team and for taking the time to write this.
