What starts as a drawing can become something you can actually test.

This prototype water-wheel-style generator was developed from our client’s drawings for use in low-speed rivers. Projects like this are where engineering, fabrication, and creative problem-solving come together.

At CCI, we enjoy the challenge of turning unique concepts into tangible prototypes.

Sometimes the finished product isn’t meant to fly, it’s meant to make an impression.

CCI fabricated this scale drone model for our client’s display, while our in-house Industrial Designer developed the custom stand that completes the presentation.

Not every project needs the most expensive route to get the job done.

For this radome, inexpensive EPS foam was used to create the initial plug. The foam was shaped, fiberglassed, faired, and painted before being used to create mould halves, ultimately producing two finished radomes.

It’s a great example of engineering around the project’s priorities while still delivering a functional result.
