Getting hanging birds bathed and ready for Mosaic Treasures in Lunenburg

It started so well 🤣

Rejuvenated by their little sunbathe, these shore birdies are getting ready for their visit to The Artisan District in Downtown Fredericton

Had a nice visit today from Judy and Rene from Lee's Shop who dropped by to pick up more birds for Canning (the place not the jars ;-)).

They also took a selection of my Misfits, so you can support Lee's Shop and Dog Rescue both at the same time :-) They have birds both hanging and perched, along with a few bees and some of my new tiny hanging Gem birds.

I painted skirting. boards today......I had help. I think I should buy a lottery ticket because amazingly he sat on the only wall I hadn't yet done! 😍

Some windows, structural supports and a start on the wiring for the future studio space! With the "big ones" still to come (power pole, panel and insulation), it might be some time before birds fly out of the old Carriage House, but it's a step in the right direction! I think Henry approves!

I had more than a few half-baked birds this last week and discovered the kiln hadn't been firing with all elements (I felt the same way). Fortunately, I knew a man who could fix it :-)
