Self Regulation Parenting Program
🆓 Virtual learning series for parents/guardians
Simcoe County District School Board Child and Youth Work staff are facilitating a 10-week virtual learning series that will help parents/guardians identify the signs and signals of stress and create strategies to help their child(ren) navigate stress through the self-regulation.
Daytime and evening sessions are being offered. Spaces are limited ‼️
