¿Que Pasa Corozal?

At approximately 7:41 p.m. tonight, more than a dozen shots were fired at a residence near the Sporting Dome in Hall’s Layout, Corozal Town.

Two men, both DJs, were hit during the shooting. Residents reported seeing a vehicle speeding away from the scene shortly after the gunfire erupted.

Several police mobile units responded quickly, while emergency personnel worked the scene.

Information gathered indicates that one of the victims, Roger "DJ Roger" Escalante of Consejo Village, succumbed to his injuries. Meanwhile, the second victim, Ezer "DJ Reflex" Alcoser, is reported to be in stable condition.

Police investigations continue.
