We are vegetarians and there was an entire vegetarian menu at Slate & Sap. We also had the 5 course tasting menu which we really recommend.

The bean, the corn, the squash, the chilies. I made over 125 menu items from that. Nothing comes to my kitchen with a sticker or a label.
