We always knew we wanted to do something special in remembrance of the life of Papa Mike, Miguel Victor Salazar. Here's to Papa Mike!

He was a Volunteer Guard and Chiclero in his earlier days and a successful business owner of Salazar Store for over50 years.. So when the doors opened to Papa Mike's on April 12, 2006, everything felt right. It is located on the very same corner of Victoria and Churchill St. that Salazar store was for so many years; it's family owned, family run, and for the people of the community, neighbouring towns and anyone who'd care to passby.
