Incident: Solar Panel Theft
Date: 24th March 2026
Area: Mmamashia Farm

Our Control room received a report from a client in the morning that Solar panels have been removed from his poles and there is a shoe print visible on the ground leaving the scene.

1. Our K9 team was deployed to the scene for trailing
2. Scent article was presented to Saymon and immediately picked direction of travel.
3. Saymon led the team into a homestead were the same shoe print was found and a suspect wearing the shoes matching the shoe print.
4. The Police were called for further investigations and to conduct a search

Incident: Shoplifting
Date: 24th March 2026
Location: Bus Rank

A report was received from our day shift team at bus rank that a male perpetrator was caught with a door lock hidden in his pants. The perpetrator has been handed over to the Police for further investigations

At about 1102hours a suspect was caught red - handed with Nivea men lotion,thanks to the quick actions of our vigilant security team.
The suspect has been handed to the Police for further investigations.

Incident: Shoplifting-Apprehension
Date: 20/01/2026
Time: 13:30Hrs
Area: Game City Mall

At approximately 13:30hours three suspects were observed by our security personnel selecting items from the shelves. One of the suspect concealed the items by placing them inside their pants. Continuous observation was maintained on the suspects and their failure to render payment. The suspects passed the final point of sale without attempting to pay. At that time, the suspects were approached by our security personnel, who identified themselves and requested the suspects to return to security office. A search was conducted and 6 packets of chappies were found concealed inside their pants. The trio have been handed to the police for further investigations
