Botswana Tennis Association has reported the following;
Botswana's Tinashe Phatshwane Through to Singles and Doubles Semi-finals in Harare🎾
Botswana's rising tennis star Tinashe Phatshwane has continued his impressive run at the World Tennis/CAT 14 & Under Tournament in Harare, Zimbabwe, by reaching both the boys' singles and boys' doubles semi-finals.
Tinashe will face Roshan Gede in today's singles semi-final as he aims to secure a place in the championship match.
In the girls' doubles event, Malak Macheng and Zimbabwe's Ashley Mhandu have also booked their place in the semi-finals. The pair will take on Emma Mutarisi of Zimbabwe and Oluwasei Oluwadabira of Nigeria later this afternoon.
Botswana is represented by nine junior players at this year's World Tennis/CAT 14 & Under Tournament, highlighting the country's growing depth of talent and continued progress in junior tennis.
