73 going on 27?....
Dr. Mark Rosenbloom is 73 and has the heart of a 27-year-old. Genes for heart disease and Alzheimer’s? He’s not having it. Neither should you.
He’s joining us at the Palapa on Monday to share how he does it, from energy and hormones to staying sharp well into the decades ahead. It’s an easy island evening with a doctor who’s refreshingly blunt, and whose new book is called ALIVE AF. That should tell you everything.
Come curious. Leave with a plan (and maybe a little competitive spirit).

After a fantastic summer with guest family & friends gathering over a great meal at Palapa, we will be closing for the season from September 1st to October 1st.
This seasonal closure is for maintenance, refresh & upgrades to better serve our guests.
We look forward to seeing you back with us in October!

Flash back to Day 2 of Taste of Exuma turned up the flavor and the spirits 🍹✨ Guests at got hands-on during an exclusive mixology class with none other than our friends at , crafting a lineup of delicious cocktails using their signature rums. From shaking and stirring to tasting every creation, this was the perfect blend of fun and flavor.
