Officially an Autism Fitness Pro Certified Professional. 🔥

Our programs have always centered around developing children’s internal strengths and abilities. Helping them regulate their emotions, become aware of their challenges, and providing them with the tools to navigate life.

We do not intend to fix anyone. We are not here to change who they are. There is nothing to fix and nothing to change.

Our goal is to help them build internal strength through knowledge, because knowledge creates awareness. With awareness comes the skills needed not just to live, but to truly enjoy every moment of life.

My mission and vision might seem impossible to some people, but it is my decision and my choice. I will never know what is possible if I don’t try.

With this new knowledge and skills as an Autism Fitness Pro Certified Professional, we will now incorporate fitness into our programs. We have always integrated movement and music, but this time our movement activities will be more intentionally aligned with functional fitness.

Our movement activities will focus on building strength, power, balance, coordination, and body awareness for everyday living. More importantly, we hope these experiences will help build children’s confidence in themselves and in what they are capable of achieving.

This is another step in our journey of empowering children not by changing who they are, but by helping them discover what they are capable of.
