Endeavour

A huge thank you to CedarBridge Academy for welcoming Endeavour to today’s assembly! 🎉

We were overjoyed to see so many students eager to learn about Endeavour’s Maritime Career Springboard Programme and the exciting career opportunities within Bermuda’s maritime industry! 🤩

Special thanks to Ms. Outerbridge, Ms. Edwards-Adams, Ms. Edwards, Ms. Burrows and the entire teaching team for their continued support. 😍

A special highlight was hearing from Sivaja’ Perinchief, a 2024 Springboard graduate and CedarBridge Academy alum, who shared his inspiring journey and encouraged students to pursue their dreams. 🎓🌟

His advice to aspiring maritime professionals? “Everything is achievable if you try.” 💙

Sivaja’ first set sail with Endeavour at just 11 years old through our STEAM Education Through Sailing Programme. ⛵🌊 Since then, he has progressed through our Graduate and Assistant Instructor programmes before completing Springboard, earning internationally recognised qualifications along the way! ✨ He achieved all this while balancing dual enrolment at CedarBridge Academy and Bermuda College. 👏

Today, his journey has come full circle! From student to volunteer, intern and now full-time Endeavour Programme Instructor, Sivaja’ is inspiring the next generation of young Bermudians to discover their potential and explore new horizons. 🌅

When he’s not inspiring students, you'll might find him fishing 🎣 sailing, or coaching young sailors with the Prodigy Sailing Foundation . 🙌

Sivaja’, we’re incredibly proud of all you’ve achieved! Your journey is a powerful reminder of what’s possible when passion meets perseverance and young people are given the opportunity to shine. 🌟 Your future is bright, and we can’t wait to see where your journey leads next! 🚀

Happy Birthday, Jennifer! 🥳 🎉

Today, we’re celebrating someone whose passion for making a difference in the lives of young people of all backgrounds and abilities shines through in everything she does. ✨

Her dedication to creating inclusive opportunities, inspiring the next generation and building a brighter, more sustainable future is at the heart of Endeavour’s mission. 💙🇧🇲

Join us in wishing Jennifer a wonderful birthday and another trip around the sun filled with happiness, laughter and plenty of exciting adventures! ☀️ 🌊😎

We were thrilled to welcome amazing students and teachers from The Bermuda High School as we set sail on the 12th year of Endeavour’s STEAM Education through Sailing Programme! 🤩

Students explored STEAM concepts through sailing, discovering sailing geometry and points of sail, buoyancy and stability, wind measurement, and weather patterns. Hands-on learning and engaging discussions sparked curiosity, collaboration, and camaraderie! 💨☀️⛵

Making waves for a healthier ocean! 🌊 Students took action for the environment by cleaning Bermuda’s beaches and collecting hundreds of pieces of marine debris! 👏 They then explored the impact of marine pollution and brainstormed creative ways to live more sustainably. ♻️🌍

The week wrapped up with a fun-filled scavenger hunt at the National Museum of Bermuda, where students discovered fascinating stories about Bermuda’s rich maritime heritage. 🔎⚓️🗺️

We love seeing students embrace new challenges, build confidence, and discover their potential through these unforgettable experiences! 💙

A heartfelt thank-you to our valued donors, partners, and supporters who make these inspiring learning opportunities possible. Your support helps us empower Bermuda’s youth and inspire brighter futures! 🙌

We were thrilled to welcome the incredible students and teachers from Paget Primary School, West End Primary Bermuda and Dellwood Middle School for experiences filled with learning, laughter and adventure! 🌊🧭

Their energy, enthusiasm and willingness to embrace something new were truly inspiring. There’s something incredibly special about watching young people embrace a challenge, step outside their comfort zones and discover just how much they can achieve. 🌟

Watching their curiosity turn into excitement as they sailed through the beautiful waters around Dockyard was unforgettable. 😍⛵️💦
