These are some of the outboard gear pieces I use on pretty much every mix and recording. When I combine them with my console and its EQs, it just brings something extra to the sound

After a few years of crafting sounds in Logic Pro, I felt the itch to explore new sonic territory. I dabbled in Pro Tools, flirted with Cubase—and that’s where something clicked. The workflow just fit, like a well-worn instrument you never want to put down. Sure, most people expect Pro Tools. But here at Flobo, we do things differently. Cubase isn’t just capable—it’s inspiring. A powerhouse DAW packed with features that spark creativity at every turn.

At Flobo Studio, we’ve got a few different sets of speakers to work with. First up, our main ones: the JBL 4311B. They’ve got a really nice sound with tons of depth.
Next are the Yamaha NS-10M Studios — a classic in pretty much every recording studio. You just have to have them.
And then there’s the Bowers & Wilkins CM1s. Not as much low end, but super clear and detailed.
Want to hear how your music sounds on all of them? Come by and let’s find out!

!!
Recensie: The Schedules - Rescheduled (EP) - Blues Magazine The Schedules maakt met de EP rescheduled een goed begin . Een EP met fijne slowblues ballads en met The Altar of rock heeft het een daverende opener die naar meer smaakt.
Time for mixdown!
