BIG SHOES TO FILL. After more than three years by our side, Stef is ready for a new chapter: opening a place of his own.

As our Maître Sommelier, Stef has been the rock of our team. He has shaped our w**e programme, shared his knowledge generously, and, day after day, helped lead our service from beginning to end.

We are now looking for someone to take over the reins.

An experienced Maître Sommelier/e who feels as passionate about hospitality as they do about w**e. Someone who wants to take ownership of our w**e story: developing the w**e list, sourcing and selecting w**es, training the team and sharing their knowledge with both guests and colleagues. But the role goes beyond w**e.

We are looking for someone who feels at home on the floor and knows what it takes to make a service flow. Someone who sees the room, leads by example is always hands-on.

The main focus will be our Michelin-starred restaurant, while also bringing ideas, energy and a natural cross-pollination to Bar Misera.

Someone knowledgeable, curious and generous. Someone whose energy is contagious and who genuinely enjoys bringing both guests and a team along.

We’re looking for someone ready to bring their own personality, vision and experience to what comes next at Misera and Bar Misera.

HOME - After three years of hosting guests in our home, we will soon host our last and final private dining to focus on new projects (and continue hosting guests in our restaurants of course). We will close the doors at the end of December ‘26 and our dining agenda is fully booked until then. Thank you for all the legendary dinings and memorable moments. Looking forward to the upcoming season, and to new projects.
