Suitable candidates would be able to work with a team in our maintenance truck which services clients island wide with lawn and garden maintenance.

Know how to use whackers, lawn mowers etc.

Ideally live near or within easy bus route to Frere Pilgrim or Boarded Hall.

Be punctual and reliable. Truck leaves yard at 7am.

Persons with lights goods or heavy duty license would be an asset.

To take care of plants in the rainy season, you must first be aware of the needs of every plant. Some plants can survive in heavy moisture while others can’t - So prepare accordingly! Here are some tips below:

1. Drainage - Proper drainage is a crucial factor for every plant. Check your plants on a regular basis for blockage or choked hard soil. Clean the area around the plants and trees and level the ground as much as possible to ensure the water can drain correctly.

2.Watering - Water is essential for every plant. You can think of it as life or source of life for plants. Still excess of it can cause a disaster to the plants. Regularly check for waterlogging in pots and in the garden. Especially check for any pits near the plants in the garden.

3.Prepare raised Beds - Raised beds are great options for planting during the rainy season. You can adapt this method for your terrace garden as well as for outdoor gardening. Raised beds are best to avoid waterlogging. This will save the plant from root rot disease.
