We were delighted to showcase a fantastic evening marking the Barbados launch of EY-Parthenon.
Through a regional lens and collaborative partnerships, EY-Parthenon supports businesses in turning data into action and unlocking sustainable growth.
The tradition of wedding cakes dates back to ancient Rome, when guests broke a loaf of barley bread over the bride’s head for good luck. Unsurprisingly, brides wanted to move away from this and that custom didn’t stick. These days, the modern and intricate cake styles are as individual as each couple and happily crumb-free✨

We’ve shared glimpses of this incredible wedding before, but the sheer beauty of that evening keeps drawing us back. Humans have long looked to the natural world for signs and symbols, and a sunset, especially one as breathtaking as this, is often interpreted as a blessing, Mother Nature’s way of bestowing her approval.
But it is also a reminder to pause and be present in the beauty of a single, perfect moment.

At a special venue, close to their hearts, this beautiful celebration came together with a subtle harmony. From the delicate detailing of the cake that mirrored the bride’s gown, to the mother of the bride’s merest hint of soft pink, beautifully complementing her daughter, the cohesion was effortless; the result timeless.
