Fustic Wesleyan Church

Special service for all of our online friends and family! We want to see you in house with us on Sunday, 30 March 2025 at 8:30 am.

This is the day that the Lord has made, and we rejoiced, and we were glad in it.
We rejoiced because of God's faithfulness.
We rejoiced because He saw our pain and our need.
We rejoiced because He answered our prayers and healed our pain.
We rejoiced because He delivered unto us a Shepherd.

We bless God for Rev Margaret Blackman as she is officially installed at Fustic.
May we follow her as she follows Christ.

There are many paths we take in life. Some paths are smooth, and others come with arduous hills, edge-of-the-cliff walkways, wooded areas, and slippery slopes.

There are many tips to get through such journeys and a few of them are: stay focused, refuse to accept the negativity which may come at you, sometimes it is ok to walk slowly, crawl even, accept help and most importantly do not allow your spirit to accept defeat because if God has called you to it, He is more than able to bring you through it victorious. There is purpose in your journey!

HIKE 2023, held on Saturday, 22 July, taught us the above lessons and more. We are certain that each participant gained some spiritual insight from the physical exercise.

We thank Sis Jalisa Corbin(aka Fitness Boss), our lead organiser and her team; our Hike Leader, Bro Justin Springer who was very knowledgeable, helpful and encouraging to all.
We also thank those who came from far off to support us and enjoy the fresh early morning atmosphere that St Lucy offers. We thank all of you who attended and made it a success. We indeed and not at all least, thank our Heavenly Father for blessing us with good weather, for being with us, for covering us, and for bringing us through safely.🙏🏽

We have some pictures and short videos below that will give you a snippet of how it went. Look out for the familiar faces. 😁 Blessings.

As we continue the celebrations for our centennial anniversary, we took the time out on 3 June 2023, to celebrate, acknowledge and award those who have helped to bring us to this milestone.

Here are some pics of the awardees in various categories of hospitality, custodian, men ministry, women ministry, missionary ministry, worship leading , youth ministry, music and technical ministries.

Of course we also honored our Shepherd, Rev Gloria Forde for her near 24 years with us. The oldest male and female were also appreciated.

We give God thanks for being our past Helper and continue to look to Him as our future Hope.
