Olympic Weightlifting in Aruba At the Criollo International Tournament we participate with a large group to give the young lifters to gain experience.
The Aruba Amateur Weightlifting Association since 1952 has been actively participating in local and international weightlifting events, organized by other national federations. We participate in the South American Championships, Pan-American Championships, Central American and Caribbean Island Games and Pan-American Games.

Our next open gym is October 17! Drop in for some weightlifting coaching, or come and do train with TEAM ARUBA 🇦🇼 and do training for the day under our professional weightlifter and coach Laertes Araque at Frans Figaroa's TNT GYM.
