It's more than a number it's my milestone, my achievement of blood, sweat and sometimes tears of happiness and sadness.

I started because I love to bake for my own family, I never started my business for the fame or fortune 😆 it was to be my own boss, work to my own rules do something I enjoy and be there for those who mean the most to me & just be me.

Because way back in the beginning baking helped me heal my broken heart.
As every creation is as special as the next one, Just as a song reminds you of a special time or place, my creations whether small or large brings that same spark of memory to me long after the pick up, delivery and event.

For early starts and late night shifts
My back aching from standing on my feet for more than I expected in a day or night.
When my only weight training is lifting the 10kg flour, eggs, sugar, butter or other delicious ingredients that create my bakes.
It's not all glamour Hence I never show you behind the scenes!

My business has been created with my two hands by me, myself and I. And sometimes with the help of my beautiful fam who have stood by me all the way.

I tend not to share these things as I think no one is interested in this part of my business but sometimes I do let slip.

To those who have been along the journey from the very beginning I thank you from the top of my heart & everyone that keeps joining the ride, thank you too.

I never know where this crazy job/life can lead me but, I know that I'll always be true to myself, to you all & always be creatively different. 🎂

And as I step into October fully booked with gratitude for those who have chosen me & my business to be apart of their special occasions, thank you.

Please note due to the custom nature December is fully booked for special occasion creations as I concentrate on my Christmas range with November also limited 🙏

Blessing Of The Fleet 🙌

A honour to be apart of this is a yearly event which celebrates our local emergency services heroes being blessed ahead of the season ahead at City of Whittlesea Council Offices.

With this year being it's 30th Anniversary on Saturday where the weather gave it's own blessing ahead of the formal welcoming

A very special event to have been apart of with a traditional customised very large & heavy rectangle cake with vintage shell piping around the top and a matching satin ribbon and 200 matching cookies created for the day's celebrations.

Special mention to my men for helping pack all the cookies & lifting the extra long cake x

Wednesday windback, a very fun Pocoyo & friends themed cake with handcrafted sugar characters Pocoyo, Elly, Patonga, Sleepy bird and Loula, I think these may have been my first introduction to the craft and not forgetting matching Pocoyo & friends cookies.
