💜 We're Hiring! Casual Receptionist
Love people? Love dance? We'd love to meet you!

The MBassy Dance is looking for a warm, friendly, and organised Receptionist to join our team in a casual role of 12–20 hours per week.

Hours
• Primarily Monday–Thursday evenings
• Possibly Saturday mornings and Sunday afternoons
• Casual position (12–20 hours per week)

Your role will include:
✨ Greeting and welcoming students to the studio
✨ Assisting new customer enquiries in person, over the phone, and via email
✨ Checking students into classes
✨ Helping customers find the right classes for their goals
✨ General reception and administrative duties

We're looking for someone who:
✔ Has a warm, positive, and approachable personality
✔ Loves providing exceptional customer service
✔ Is confident communicating both in person and over the phone
✔ Is organised with excellent attention to detail
✔ Has basic computer skills, including email and Microsoft Excel
✔ Has previous reception, retail, hospitality, sales, or other customer-facing experience

Bonus points if you:
🎥 Are comfortable filming short videos on an iPhone for social media content.
