Axiom is proud to have designed, fabricated, delivered and certified the balustrade and screening systems on St Clair - Habitat's landmark $220M waterfront development on the Sunshine Coast.

Comprising two eight-storey towers and 200 luxury apartments overlooking Lake Kawana, St Clair sets a new benchmark for resort-style living on the Coast. From initial design through to compliant, certified installation, our team managed the full scope in-house — delivering balustrade and screening solutions that complement the architectural vision while meeting every safety and certification standard.

Axiom Group is proud to have contributed to the MVRC development, one of Victoria’s largest urban regeneration projects, located within the iconic Moonee Valley Racecourse precinct.

Comprising two residential buildings — Stonepine House and Trackside House — the project delivers 330 premium apartments within the north-western section of the masterplanned development.
