Imagining designing your dream home for months, only to realise at the end that you can't afford it.

That's why budget is one of the first things we discuss with you in our process...to avoid disappointed from the very beginning.

Budget isn't there to restrict the design, it's to give us a framework to work within. We'll work to understand your ideas and priorities to make informed decisions about the big and little details that all have an impact on the final build cost.

And because our design and construction teams are one, those conversations take place from the start - ensuring the design looks good on paper AND can be built all within your budget.

Country character with a contemporary edge in the media room at Foxground.

It’s a cosy space made for switching off, but still has plenty going on in the details. The aged brass mesh and hardware bring a little warmth to the built-in cabinetry, while the oversized barn doors give it that unmistakable country feel. And when the movie’s over, the French doors open straight out to those beautiful Foxground views.
