💛 R U OK?

Today is a little reminder to check in with the people around you.

Ask the question.

Take the time to listen.

And most importantly, let them know you’re there.

You never know what someone may be going through, and sometimes a simple conversation can make all the difference.

🌟 Meet the Team – Meet Salz! 🌟

Say hello to Salz, our incredible Blue Collar Recruitment Consultant here at HB Group! 💙

Salz and her family made the move from New Zealand earlier this year and are now proud to call Toowoomba home. Since joining the team, she's brought a wealth of enthusiasm, positivity and genuine care to everything she does.

If you're looking for your next blue-collar opportunity or searching for reliable, hardworking staff, Salz is your go-to person. She loves building relationships, enjoys a good chat, has a fantastic sense of humour, and always brings positive energy and great vibes to the office.

We're so lucky to have Salz as part of the HB Group family, and we know our clients and candidates feel the same! Be sure to say hello when you see her around or give her a call – she'd love to help.

🌟 MEET THE TEAM – CHLOE! 🌟

We’re excited to introduce one of the newest members of the HB Group family — our small but mighty Administration & Reception Officer, Chloe!

Chloe is the friendly face (and voice) of HB Group. She’s the one who keeps us organised, makes sure we remember to take our breaks, eat our lunch, and keeps the team running smoothly behind the scenes.

If you’ve called HB Group, chances are you’ve already had the pleasure of speaking with Chloe — she’s the warm, welcoming voice that greets you and helps point you in the right direction!

We are so excited to continue supporting her growth and see all the amazing things she will achieve at HB Group.

Thank you for all your hard work, dedication, and for bringing such a positive energy to our team, Chloe. We’re so lucky to have you! 💙✨

A great catch-up with our Field Assistants last week at the Aratula depot! ❄️👷

It was great to catch up with the team before another day on site. Even with the colder mornings, everyone was ready to get stuck into the day. Thanks to the crew for all your hard work.

A big congratulations to Michael (pictured right), who was recently recognized with a gift voucher after receiving some fantastic feedback from our client.

Our client shared that Michael has truly gone above and beyond, stepping up while key team members were away. Not only has he embraced the challenge, but he's also taken a fellow staff member under his wing, with the pair working exceptionally well together as a team.

At HB Group, we're proud to recognise team members who consistently demonstrate leadership, teamwork and a strong work ethic. Well done, Michael, and thank you for representing HB Group so well! 👏
