The Royal Scottish Country Dance Society (RSCDS) Sydney is part of a worldwide organisation encouraging the enjoyment of Scottish country dance and music.
Scottish country dancing is social dancing, usually danced in groups of two, three or four couples. Dancers move through different sequences of formations to traditional Scottish reel, jig or strathspey music. The RSCDS Sydney and local Scottish country dance clubs host dance classes on most weeknights (February - December). The Sydney Branch coordinates a number of beginners classes, social event
