Blackberry blossom honey 😍
Despite the very wet and unpredictable weather conditions during flowering in December and January, our bee's managed to bring in a crop of Blackberry blossom honey, along with some clover and wildflower. This honey is very sweet and fruity.

We have recently harvested our first batch of Mallee honey.
This is one of our favourite varieties so far, a light honey mild in flavour with hints of butterscotch.

Besides the rain over the past 2 days, we have had beautiful spring weather so far, and the bee's have done very well for it 🤗

We never get tired of seeing how different hives create different patterns.
This one has larvae in the centre of the frame, surrounded by a ring of pollen, then nectar, and lastly capped honey on the outside, beautiful 😍
