This morning I held space for someone with a distant healing and what unfolded was beautiful. 🙏

Through Reiki, Bowen, emotion release, sound healing, crystals and oils and more I could feel the energy shifting in real time and so could they.

There's something quietly powerful about the moment the body stops holding on. No force, just safety and release.

Distant healing is real and today was a reminder of exactly why I do this work. 🌿
