COVID-19 stage 4 Restrictions

Following the announcement of latest Victorian State Government’s Stage 4 restrictions for Metropolitan Melbourne, effective from 11:59 PM Friday, 12 February 2021.

Under the new published restrictions, printing and support services can remain open for onsite work subject to a Covid safe work plan. Mystique have all necessary plans in place and will remain operational with all services.

In the very beginning of the Covid pandemic, Mystique took the necessary steps to prioritise the safety and well-being of our staff and their families, ensuring that correct procedure and access to necessary equipment was in place and are continuing with upgrading those procedures as required to meet all necessary government regulations.
• All staff who are not required to be onsite are working from home
• Minimum onsite staffing and split shifts in production to limit exposure
• All on-site visits have been indefinitely suspended
• Access to manufacturing and storage facilities strictly limited to designated Mystique staff only.
• Essential tech & maintenance support if required and under strict conditions
• All onsite staff subject to temperature testing prior to entering workplace
• All deliveries are contact-free
• Hand sanitiser is available at multiple sites in every area of the building
• Work areas sanitised daily at each shift change
• Onsite staff have been briefed on optimal personal hygiene procedures and posters are in place throughout the building to prominently display the recommended guidelines
• Onsite staff are practicing physical distancing in line with recommended guidelines (1.5 - 4 metres)

Mystique is keeping a business as usual approach with no disruption to supply for our customers. Our paper supply line is strong, specialist binding suppliers, transport and consumables suppliers are all open for business and all conforming to the governments strict restrictions guide lines.
