Alexa started as a student at Yoga 8 and we fell in love with her. We just knew she was the perfect teacher to join our team.
Alexa’s classes are fun and dynamic, you can practice with her Wednesday 6pm for the next few weeks and Sunday 10am 💕💕💕

How to find daily balance in this crazy world.
Start on your mat. Each time you oractice tap into your internal energy, what you really need from the practice. Are you lacking energy and need to fuel your body with a yang style practice like Flow or Bikram? Or maybe you are in a heightened state and need to approach your practice in a more yin state of mind and body? Check in each day and use your practice to serve you energetically.

Meet our beautiful Bikram teacher
Michelle has been with us from the beginning. Michelle was first a student, her prescience and commitment to her practice made us want her around so we asked if she wanted to be our studio angel. Time passes and the only thing that feels right is for Michelle to become a Bikram teacher.
Honestly we are so blessed to have Michelle as part of our team and community. We then all watched her then become a mum and graciously practice the entire way through.
