Meet the Winemaker: Kalleske 🍷
Join us for an evening with Troy Kalleske — 7th-generation Barossa Valley vigneron and a true pioneer of organic and biodynamic winemaking.
Taste through 9 wines from Chenin Blanc to acclaimed premium Shiraz, paired with The Chandlery's woodfire-grilled canapé dinner. Accredited sommelier Gill Sykes will host mini interviews with Troy throughout the night, uncovering the stories, the philosophy, and the future of this celebrated family winery.
$90pp includes welcome oysters, a guided tasting of the Kalleske range, canapé dinner, and the rare chance to connect with the winemaker himself.
