Our Perth-based client came to BWG Construction to manage the renovation of their local investment property from start to finish.
The goal was simple:
Spend in the right areas, improve rental appeal and avoid overcapitalising. We design and constructed this project and delivered a modern kitchen, bright new bathroom, fresh flooring, carpet and paint throughout—using clean, durable and low-maintenance finishes.

There’s nothing quite like a favourite past project years on and seeing it lived in, loved, and looking even better than the day we handed over the keys. 🏡
This Bellarine custom build is everything we love about what we do — the vaulted ceilings, the seamless indoor-outdoor flow, the timber warmth against crisp white, and those native grasses out front that have absolutely thrived.

PROJECT: Woolondoon Drv
What was once an open courtyard is now a fully enclosed space, Externally finished in Monument painted axon cladding for that clean, architectural look. Seamless tie-in with the existing home and built to feel like it’s always been there.
Inside, the bathroom brings the wow — frameless walk-in shower, matte black fixtures, backlit LED mirrors, fluted timber vanity and a crisp stone top 👌

Client came to us needing a fast turnaround — and we delivered. Huge credit to their fixture and tile selections 👌🔥
Terrazzo feature tiles, warm timber fluted vanity, brushed bronze fittings, heated towel rails, fluted frameless shower screen and feature sconces bringing it all together 🔥
