Concord Residence by D e s i g n i s t s

A masterclass in contemporary residential design, Concord Residence by Designists brings together sculptural architecture, considered materiality and refined detailing to create a home that feels both striking and effortlessly liveable. Anchored by natural stone, warm textures and beautifully resolved joinery, the interiors strike a balance between understated luxury and architectural expression.

The kitchen is a standout, pairing the precision and performance of Gaggenau Official appliances with the sculptural minimalism of PITT Cooking AU, where integrated burners sit seamlessly within the bench top.

GOLDEN Light by

A considered family home on Sydney’s Lower North Shore, bringing together warm materials, sculptural forms and a strong connection to the garden. The renovation creates a home that feels both refined and highly liveable, with the kitchen positioned at its heart.

The kitchen pairs eucalyptus-toned joinery with Calacatta Borghini marble and carefully selected premium kitchen appliances, creating a space where functionality and design are seamlessly integrated. A statement cooker anchors the kitchen, complemented by considered detailing and generous entertaining spaces.

The project was also recognised at the 2026 Australian House & Garden Top 50 Rooms Awards, taking home Best Kitchen, with the award proudly presented by Winnings. The recognition celebrates the thoughtful design, materiality and functionality that define the kitchen and its role within the wider home.
